DELIVERY POLICY

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK which includes deliveries to postcodes in mainland England and Wales.

Order confirmation

Once you receive a confirmation email your order will be processed, therefore no amendments can be made to the products or shipping address. Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly at checkout.

When will my samosas be delivered?

Your order will be delivered on the date selected prior to checkout. The date of your delivery will also show on your confirmation email. You will receive an email/text on the morning of your delivery from Evri with a 1 hour window for when your order will be delivered.

What if I miss my delivery?

We advise all our customers to ensure there is someone to accept the delivery on the selected delivery date. If nobody will be in on the date of delivery, we will endeavour to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. 

Please note: due to the samosas being made fresh on the day, we are unable to redeliver. 

You will be sent a text/email with a 1 hour delivery window, so you won't need to wait in all day.

SHIPPING TERMS

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email/text notification on the morning of your delivery with a 1 hour delivery window.

If this doesn't work for you, you can request alternative options with Evri directly using your tracking number we provide on your confirmation email/text.

We will do everything on our end to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly. In the event this does not happen, we do not accept any responsibility for consequential costs incurred with our products after the delivery has been made.

Our delivery partners have a very high standards of care and on-time delivery and offer delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. We are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our production facility. We will however do our best to resolve any issues on your behalf.
